ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER:

MORNING TIME

When you go into your child’s room, cuddle them and say: “Good morning, [child’s name]! It’s a great day because God is with us and can help us be brave!”

DRIVE TIME

While on the go, talk about things that make us feel afraid. Then talk about how God can help us be brave because nothing is more powerful than God.

CUDDLE TIME

Cuddle with your child and pray: “God, when [name of child] and I feel afraid, help us remember that You are always with us and You can help us be brave.”

BATH TIME

Line up five toys on the side of the tub. Point at each one as you say: “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, God can help me be brave!”
