Noah’s Ark

Genesis 6-7

Noah trusts God’s plans and builds an ark for his family and two of every kind of animal.

WEEK TWO

God’s Promise

Genesis 8-9:17

God creates a rainbow in the sky as a symbol of His promise to never flood the whole world again.

WEEK THREE

Joseph’s Journey

Genesis 37; 39-40

Joseph keeps trusting God’s plans even when hard things happen to him.

WEEK FOUR

Joseph and the Grain

Genesis 41-45

Joseph trusts God’s plans and tells Pharaoh to save grain for seven years.

WEEK FIVE

God’s Plans for Me

Jeremiah 29:11

God knows the plans He has for us.

MEMORY VERSE

DO THIS:

MORNING TIME

When you go into your child’s room, say: “Good morning! Who loves [child’s name]? God loves [child’s name]!”

DRIVE TIME

While on the go, ask your child what their favorite animal is. Talk about how God put two of every kind of animal in the ark with Noah and his family.

CUDDLE TIME

Cuddle with your child and pray: “God, no one will ever love us more than You do. That’s why we can always trust Your plans for us.”

BATH TIME

Add a toy boat and/or toy animals to bath time. Talk about how Noah trusted God’s plans and built the ark, just like God told him to. Then, God sent two of every animal to get on the ark with Noah and his family.
